Earlier this year, I was interviewed for a story on mileage runs.
I forgot about it afterwards, but apparently I made it into the print. In fact, I’m quoted twice in this piece.
This year hasn’t been so good mileage-wise, especially due to the reduction in travel to Redmond. At this rate, I’ll barely clear Gold for next year – Platinum is all but impossible. That’s a shame. I’ll really miss my Platinum status for international travel. I was just saying today that I’ll probably have to go to Hong Kong as part of our honeymoon so that I can make a stop at the World’s Best Airport Lounge for the last time ever.
